Maureen Denise McCormick was born on August 5 1956 at Woodland Hills California the youngest and only child of Richard McCormick and Irene McCormick. Her father taught school while her mother was a homemaker. There are three brothers older than her: Michael Dennis and Kevin. McCormick was a gifted singer and performer from an early age. She would perform shows using puppets to entertain her friends. At the age of six, McCormick old, she won her first prize in the Baby Miss San Fernando Valley pageant. McCormick's autobiography Heres the Story, Surviving Marcia Brady: Finding My True Voice was released in 2008.
